Call for tenders: Call for tenders for setting up or upgrading e-commerce in SMEs in the period 2019-2022 "E-BUSINESS 2019-2022"

AJA LINA d.o.o. is part of the e-Business Call for Proposals 2019-2022, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). successfully obtained a grant for the implementation of the project "Creating quality digitization for AJA-LINA" (in short: Modernization of Aja Lina). As part of the project activities, we will establish a new website for foreign markets and an online store for foreign markets, digitize shows at trade fairs, produce product-sales videos and strengthen competences through training.

External contractors: Studio Legen Ltd., a contracted outsourcing company, provided the following services: digitization of appearances at fairs, a web site for foreign markets, production of video sales videos and enhancement of competencies - training. Company Grega Podbregar s.p., which was invited to tender as an external contractor, provided the service of setting up an online store.

Empowerment - training of employees

On August 8th and August 28th, 2019 between 8.00 and 12.00 hrs, we conducted additional general training and education at the premises of Aja Lina by the director and owner of Aja Lina doo, organized by Studio Legen. The first part of the training was information and the second part was the workshop. The training was carried out as a measure "Strengthening competences - training" within the operation "Establishing quality digitization for AJA-LINA", approved following a public tender for the establishment or upgrading of e-commerce in SMEs in the period 2017-2018 "E-BUSINESS 2017-2018" .

The following topics were presented at the training:

Lot 1: Sales, Marketing, Foreign Market appearances, Common Errors in Using Email, Creating Digital Jobs (Online Store), Safe Use of Online Mail, Online Commerce, GDPR, Social Networks,

Lot 2: Prepare quality email, use YouTube channel, write optimization texts for web site, use CGP

The training was intended to strengthen the competencies of the owner and director of Aja Lina d.o.o. We find that the training was successful and very rewarding.
